Returns
- Return window: Usually 14–30 days after purchase or delivery
- Condition required:
- Parts must be unused and not installed
- Must be in original packaging
- All components and accessories must be included
- Proof required: Receipt, invoice, or order number
Non-returnable items
- Electrical components (sensors, alternators, modules, etc.)
- Special-order or custom parts
- Installed, used, or damaged items
- Clearance or final-sale products
Exchanges
- Allowed for:
- Wrong part received
- Defective or damaged items
- Replacement is usually provided after inspection/approval
- Some suppliers may require the original item first before sending a replacement
Shipping & fees
- Customer often pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Some suppliers charge a restocking fee (10%–30%)
- Refunds are processed after inspection
Damaged or wrong parts
- Must be reported immediately upon delivery
- Photos or video proof is usually required for faster resolution
