Returns

  • Return window: Usually 14–30 days after purchase or delivery
  • Condition required:
    • Parts must be unused and not installed
    • Must be in original packaging
    • All components and accessories must be included
  • Proof required: Receipt, invoice, or order number

Non-returnable items

  • Electrical components (sensors, alternators, modules, etc.)
  • Special-order or custom parts
  • Installed, used, or damaged items
  • Clearance or final-sale products

Exchanges

  • Allowed for:
    • Wrong part received
    • Defective or damaged items
  • Replacement is usually provided after inspection/approval
  • Some suppliers may require the original item first before sending a replacement

Shipping & fees

  • Customer often pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Some suppliers charge a restocking fee (10%–30%)
  • Refunds are processed after inspection

Damaged or wrong parts

  • Must be reported immediately upon delivery
  • Photos or video proof is usually required for faster resolution
